From three (03) employees in its formative years, Mansel employees totalled 125 as at 2010. The Marketing and Sales staff comprise the larger segment. Each Agency/ Principal is backed by its own Business Agency Unit Manager and a Team of Medical Representatives.

The Sales Team is under a Sales Manager and includes Field Supervisors & Sales Representatives. Both Divisions operate under the Director, Marketing & Sales.

REGULATORY
In keeping with the stringent measures adapted by Regulatory Bodies, the company has established its own Regulatory Division which consists of a qualified Pharmacologist and Two (02) assistants totally dedicated to regulatory issues, codes and standards. They are able to give clear guidance and time scales for completing tasks.

TENDERS
In order to ensure that the company and its Principals are active in the country’s Tender Business, the company has established a separate Tender Division comprising Two (02) experienced members totally dedicated to Tender procedures and operations.
